I have been training with Thavy for nearly 3 years. One year ago, my training had to take a back seat when I had a major neurosurgery. After physical therapy, Thavy was my safe place to return to fitness! She is skilled at teaching different fitness levels at the same time; she helps me know when to push and when to hold back. She helps me understand how my muscles work together, so suddenly exercises that were difficult or would hurt my back, I can perform safely. Overall, my muscles are stronger, my neck, shoulders and back hurt less, and my functional movement foundation gives me the skills to enjoy other activities (rock climbing, tag with my kids, etc.).

I began working with Thavy six months ago. I had shoulder surgery a year ago and was hesitant to lift anything over five pounds. Thavy worked with me to improve my technique and form, always making sure I was doing movements safely and correctly. Today I can easily lift a 53 pound kettle bell! My shoulder and overall strength has greatly improved. Thavy truly cares about her students. She thoughtfully provides feedback, checks on me to ensure I'm ok after workouts and provides educational information, whether it be articles or training videos. I know I will continue to get stronger with Thavy as my coach.

Thavy has been pivotal in enhancing my range of motion and overall mobility. Her knowledge of correctional exercises has increased my ability to perform not just training movements but everyday actions. In combination with her clinical eye for proper and safe form my overall strength and conditioning has continued to improve dramatically.
