Private Training
1 person: One-on-one coaching is the ideal choice if you are recovering from an injury, new to exercise, or prefer to train alone. Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Semi-Private Training
2 people: Perfect for friends, partners, or family members, these sessions allow two people to have fun and motivate each other while reducing costs. You will also benefit from customized workouts based your ability and goal.
Small Group Training
3–6 people: Small group coaching offers a more cost-effective option for those who enjoy companionship and accountability training with peers. Individuals in this group must possess intermediate level of competency and demonstrate autonomy prior to joining.
