One-on-one coaching is the ideal choice if you are recovering from an injury, new to exercise, or prefer to train alone. Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, allowing you to progress at your own pace. 1 person, ages 13+

Semi-Private Training

Small group coaching offers a more cost-effective option for those who enjoy companionship and peer accountability while also benefiting from a customized workout. 2-4 people, ages 13+

Nutrition Coaching

Provide general nutrition education and guidance to help clients build lifelong skills in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Both virtual and in-person coaching are available!

Functional Movement Screen

Developed by renowned physical therapists Gray Cook and Lee Burton, FMS is a screening tool comprising seven tests that capture a baseline competency of fundamental movement patterns. This information is used to identify risk for injury in training, sports, or daily activities.
