What We Offer

Private Training

Work one on one with your trainer. This is the ideal choice if you are recovering from an injury or medical condition, new to exercise, or do not prefer a group setting. Each session is completely tailored to meet your specific needs and allows you to progress at your own pace. Private training also offers you most flexibility with scheduling.

Semi-Private Training (2-4 participants)

This option provides the same advantages of a customized program but is a more cost effective alternative to private training. It is a perfect choice if you want to have fun training with your spouse, family members or friends.

Adult Fitness
Train for a competition, general fitness or just for life. This is a great way to foster friendships and keep one another accountable. Form your own group and get ready to have fun!

Youth Fitness
This program will greatly benefit children between ages 13-17. Recent statistics reveal an alarming increase of sports related injuries among youths. Due to increased sedentary lifestyle and lack of movement training, they are not prepared to handle the physical stress imposed by increased activity and competitive sports. Kids are not miniature adults and should not be trained like adults. We train kids to move competently and efficiently so they can excel in their sports and minimize their risk for injury.
