Thavy Mills (Owner/Trainer)

Thavy Mills is a certified strength & conditioning specialist with expertise in corrective exercise and 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry. She is passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and longevity by empowering clients with knowledge and providing evidence-based training focusing on the whole person. Thavy’s diverse training background prepares her to effectively work with a variety of clients including youth athletes, senior citizens, post-rehab and pre/postnatal women.
